Biography

Evangelist David L. Grove Jr. , a native of Punxsutawney PA, accepted the Lord Jesus as his Lord and Savior at the young age of 13 years old. At the age of 15 years old, God placed it on his heart and called him to be an evangelist. He was baptized with the Holy Spirit in his late 20’s. He received these gifts from God, with an open and obedient heart. A passion and drive to not let down his most merciful and gracious Heavenly Father. He has ministered not only in the United States, but God had called him to such places as Guatemala and Israel.

Evangelist David and his Wife Wanda, have been pastoring for 8 years. They were tasked by God to preach The Message of the Cross, the foundation of everything. He dies daily to self, and submits totally to the Holy Spirit. This is done, so he can Glorify the Father in Heaven, and Exalt the name of Jesus Christ by confirming His word. 

Under his leadership, The Church of the Redeemed is moved upon regularly by the Holy Spirit. In his obedience he gives himself over to be anointed by the Holy Spirit who delivers such important and urgent messages. The Holy Spirit brings to light the importance of being born again, and the fervent need to pray for the lost. Unfortunately, believers are often attacked by the enemy, who blinds them from seeing that the strength of Jesus Christ, and what he did for us at Calvary is sufficient enough to break the bondage of sin that one endures. The Holy Spirit helps the believer to understand that not by works, but by faith in the finished work of the cross, can the sin nature be dealt with and eventually subdued.

Evangelist David L. Grove Jr.,  proclaims that Jesus still baptizes in the Holy Spirit with evidence of speaking in tongues. In other words, he seeks to bring the Body of Christ back to the foundation of the Cross.
