BE SEPARATE

If you have the Holy Spirit in you, you should be different from those who are not. When you excepted Jesus in your life, He gave you the Holy Spirit to reside in you which secures the bond between you and God. But the HolySpirit will only work in you if you give Him place. The Holy Spirit is a gentlemen and will not force His way in your life, you must surrender. We grieve the Holy Spirt when we think, say, or do things that are not holy the way He is holy. We grieve the Holy Spirit when we commit sin in our actions, words or thoughts such as when we are unforgiving toward another. When the flesh lusts against the Spirit, and the Spirit against the flesh and these are contrary to one another. If your leave your flesh alone and to its own way, it will be in opposition to the Holy Sprit in us. Either we who are in Christ submit to God and the leading of His Spirit or we are not. We can choose to separate ourselves from all sin, from the unholy enticement of the world, from the traps and evil plans of the enemy, from all temptation , from the failures of our past, from pride, and from anything that draws us away from God. We have a choice in the way we live.

BE LED TO BE TRANSFORMED

The Holy Spirit is to led us in the direction to be more Christ like. If you allow the Holy Spirit to led you, you will become more like Christ every day. But what you behold is what you become. The more you look to Him, the more you will become like Him. Our soul is always affected by the way we see God and what we think of Him. How we view God is how we view our life and how we behave. The ones that do not see God as He is, are the ones that are not fruitful. But if you exalt and reverence God, you are fruitful. God knows who you are now. God knows who He made you to be. God knows how to get you from A to B. God knows where you are. God knows your future. God thinks about you all the time. Does God think about you more than you think about Him? I hope not. He should be the first thing on your mind when you go to sleep.

PRAY FOR OTHERS TO KNOW THE LORD

The greatest gift you have to give someone is to lead them to Jesus. Someone prayed for you or you would not be here today following the Lord. When God opens up a door for you to speak to someone and pray for them, don't push it off and think you can do it later. Remember later may never come to that person again. There is nothing more important than leading someone to the Lord. prayer is important and you need to put it in the place it needs to be in your life. There are many things in our lives, but prayer is the most important. Do you remember when you were lost and had no hope, well there are many people around you that are lost and need the Lord. Don't be afraid to pray for others because you are concerned that your prayers might not be answered. It's your job to pray and God's job is to answer. You just have to do your job and let God do His.

CAN YOU BE LED BY GOD?

God wants you to lead people to Him. Show them the truth about who He is and the hope they have in Jesus because of what He has done for them. If you are learning to hear God's voice in His Word and to follow His Holy Spirit in your life, He can use you. If you worship Him in spirit and in truth and are willing to be separate from sin, the world, temptation, your past, and anything else that tries to draw you away from God, He can use you. If you are being transformed in your mind, emotions and character, and are being lead to see purpose for your life, He can use you. If the reason you get up every day is to serve God with the gifts He has put in you and His call on your life, He can use you. If He is leading you to produce good fruits, and to discern when He is guiding, blessing, and protecting you, He can use you. If you are praying for loved ones, strangers and people God brings to your mind, He can use you. If you are being led to follow God to an intimate day-by-day walk with Him, to purify the words you speak, to have greater faith, to be in the company of godly people, to resist enemy attack, and to end up at the right place at the right time, He can use you. if you are humble and have a teachable and repentant heart, He can use you. Will you be led of God?

WORSHIP COMES BEFORE PRAYER

When you go to prayer, worship the Lord with all your heart before you enter your voice in prayer. Pray for others as you do your own which may be dying and going to hell. This should be your hearts cry to pray for the lost for the time is shorter then ever before. You pray for others and God will take care of you. Then take your burdens that are heavy weights on our heart to Him that dies for you. When you bring them to Him, you must let go in order for our Lord to move in those circumstances. It is when you hold on to them that you could lose them. You know what God can do, far more then you ever could do for them. Trust in Him to do far more than you can imagine in the lives of your love ones. He is trustful and He saved you, so why do you think He can't save the ones you won't let go of. No matter what you or they have done, He died for all and to seek and save the lost. Trust and Believe.

WHEN YOUR FLESH IS IN CONTROL

We do things we don't want to do when we allow our flesh to be in control. Pride is why a lot of people let their flesh control them. Pride makes people believe they are entitled to do what they want, when they want. But your eyes are blinded which is a work of the flesh. It is what causes people who know better to do wrong. This happens when you allow your flesh to gain control instead of allowing the Holy Spirit to be in control. If you see pride in yourself, confess it and ask for forgiveness. If you see pride in someone else RUN! Pride comes before a fall and you don't want to go down with them. Pray for that person to have their eyes opened to the truth. The more the Spirit of God has free acess in your life and the more room He is given to grow in you, the more you will exhibit the fruit of His Spirit. We don't have to strive to produce good fruit in our lives, we just have to stop planting bad seeds and learn to plant only the good ones.

TRANSFORMED IN YOUR EMOTIONS

Do you know that your responses to what is happening or what has happened or even what we feel may happen is from our emotions. Our emotions are affected by the thoughts we think in our mind. What produces your emotions is your thoughts. The thoughts you think can produce a negative emotion or a positive emotion.

When God created us, He created emotions of sadness, anger, and grief. But in God's presence our hearts are made whole and our emotions become positive. With God's Word you can change your emotions. The Word can take away negative emotions if you know God's Word. It is written that a merry heart makes a cheerful countenance, but by sorrow of the heat the spirit is broken. Negative emotions can cause destruction within us. But you do have a choice to cast down all foolish imaginations and thoughts contrary to the Word of God. When you do that and decide to look to the Lord, those negative thoughts must go. Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not to your own understanding.

BE YE TRANSFORMED

Your desire should always be to allow the Holy Spirit to transform you to be more Christ like each and every day. The more time you spend with the Lord, the more you should be like Him. What you spend more time with, is what you become. God knows who you are right now and He knows who He wants you to be. He can guide you through the Holy Spirit to move you in the direction He wants you to go, but you have to choose to go in that direction and also surrender to Him completely. We need to get where we see King David was, a man after God's own heart. He said: "You have searched me and known me. You know my sitting down and my rising up; You understand me though afar off. You comprehend my path and my lying down, and are acquainted with all my ways. For there is not a word on my tongue, but behold, O Lord, You know it altogether." King David knew that God knows everything about him, his going in and coming out, every word he spoke. Desire to be transformed into HIs image.

SURRENDER AND LET GOD GUIDE YOU

Every believer should let the Holy Spirit guide him in all things. The only way you can be led by the Holy Spirit is that you are constantly in God's Word and then praying as much as possible. But if it is for something big, you need to fast and pray for the guidance you need. When the hand of the Lord is upon you and you are being led by His Spirit, you will find favor from people who recognize something special about you. Have you made a hasty decision without the leading of the Holy Spirit? If you have, something valuable was sacrificed in your life because of it. Some make a quick choice because it is something they want, but found out that it was not a good decision. We must not quit seeking God's guidance, even when we experience defeat. For we are to learn from it.

FOLLOW GOD'S LEADING

God wants you to let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works and glorify your Father in heaven. The Holy Spirit manifests Himself in and through your to others. Our ministry is to let His light shine through us daily, which will bring others to the Lord. This light is needed today more then ever for the time is getting short and people need saved. So pray that the labors are sent into the harvest of souls and that God will open up opportunities to touch others wherever you are. The Holy Spirit doesn't force, He draws. He doesn't pounce, annoy, impose, or trap, He leads. Whoever desires to save his life will lose it, but whoever loses his life for my sake and the gospel's will save it. For whoever is ashamed of Me and My words in the adulterous and sinful generation, of him the Son of Man also will be ashamed when He comes in the glory His Father with the holy angels. Do you know it is a privileged to lose your life for Him and we do that when we make living our life for Him a priority over living life for ourselves.

LED TO CARE FOR YOUR BODY

If you are committing any sin the Holy Spirit will convict you. The Holy Spirit resides in you and your body is the temple of His Spirit. Jesus paid a price for you and you belong to Him. So you are not your own, you belong to God; and are the temple of the Holy Spirit. Therefore, glorify God in your body and in your spirit which are God's. You should always value your body as the place where the Holy Spirit dwells. If you harm your body in any way, you are not lead by the spirit, you are led by your flesh. Ask the Holy Spirit to help you break destructive habits and pick up beneficial ones. Ask Him to strengthen you to do the right thing when it comes to your body. We are to be different from the world in the way we act, think, and live. He wants us to observe the Sabbath as a holy day set apart for Him. Come in the sanctuary with reverence, praise and pray for God to move not only in you but the others that are seeking His will and ways for their life.

LED TO FOLLOW GOD

If ou are following Good, the Holy Spirit will always lead you to follow and you would want His Word to saturate you. As you are saturated, you will want to be closer and closer to Him. You are human as the Israelites were and yet they saw miracles that surpasses understanding and they still did not stay with the God of their Father's. They still walked in doubt. It is hard to believe after all God did for them in Egypt and on their way to the promise land that they would doubt God and rebelled against Him. If you stray from our Father, then you tend to forget the things He has done because you choose to not remember. Do you see what happened to the Israelites for doubting God, they changed the course of their lives and paid for those mistakes by wondering around the dessert for 40 years. We are a lot like the Israelites. We often want things that are not God's will for us and we become empty when we have too much and don't follow Him. We get busy and think we can rely on our memory of what we read or heard of God to bring us through. You won't make it, only through God can you move in the direction He wants you to.

LED TO DISCERN

If you want discernment in your life then you need the Holy Spirit. With discernment from God you will see the truth. To have this in your life you have to seek God on a regular basis. Not only read the Word which anyone can do, but you must desire for God to speak through His Word. You need to see through God's eyes not your human eyes. With what is going on in this world today, you need spiritual discernment more than ever before. You will need to be guided through the evil that is tying to take over this world. Not only will you desire guidance, but you will want security and safety. But to be guided by the Holy Spirit, you will have to ask for His guidance. The Holy Spirit will never barge in or force His way in, you have to desire Him. Having the right perspective on our situations is extremely important to the success and fulfillment of our lives. You should always seek God before you do anything, nothing is too small to ask Him about. If you have something going on in your life, go to the Lord and surrender it, for you are His child and He cares for all that is happening.

BEAR GOOD FRUIT IN YOUR LIFE

In order to plant good fruit in our lives, we have to plant the right seeds. Even the smallest seed can produce something big. Remember, the mustard seed in the Bible. Faith as small as a mustard seed can move mountains. Jesus is the vine and we are the branches. Abide in Him for we can do nothing. To plant good seeds, you have to pull up and cast out the bad seeds. Yes, that means personal habits must be submitted to the Lord so that they will glorify Him. For if we do not produce good fruit, He takes away, but if you produce good fruit He prunes, so you can bear more fruit. If you are not bearing good fruit, perhaps you have not given the Holy Spirit full access to your life. Even though pruning is uncomfortable, we should welcome it. The Holy Spirit will strip away from us certain attitudes, habits of thought and actions, unnecessary possessions, and goals that are not what the Lord wants for us. Cling to the Lord and His Word for your life will depend on it as the days that we know are changing.

BEAR GOOD FRUIT IN OUR WORK

If your life follows hard after God and you are led by His Spirit, people will see God's fruit in your life and your work. But if you are not led by the Holy Spirit, then people will not see God's fruit flowing from your life. Whatever your work is submit it to the Lord. Ask Him to infuse it with His life, power and productivity. Ask Him to flow His Spirit through you and enable you to be more Christ like. Most people tell God what they are going to do and ask Him to bless it, but that is not the way to ask. Ask Him what He wants you to do and then ask Him to bless that. What He calls you to do, He will enable you to do it and He will direct your paths. When God calls you to do something, you will have the desire to do it well and He will instill in you the wisdom to accomplish what He wants you to do. Lay your life and your work at the foot of the Cross and let go. Then His fruit will radiate from you and His fruits will flow. Trust in the Lord with all your heart and watch Him move.

WHEN GOD CALLS

God will give you peace when He calls you to walk in His ways. To walk into the future God has for you, you must be lead by the Holy Spirit. He will also give you a dream in your heart with a vision of what is in your future. The key is to surrender to God completely, so He can work in your life and lead you in the direction He wants you to go. The Holy Spirit will enable you to do what you need to accomplish in the direction He wants you to go. But you need to submit and surrender each and every day for your adversary the devil wants to stop you whatever way he can, so you won't fulfill the will of God in your life. He will come at you or your wife even your children to stop God's plan fo you. When something comes against you who do you think brings that into your life, yes the devil. Get mad at the devil not the ones around you for it is the evil one that wants to kill, still and destroy each one of us. Remember if the enemy can bring you down by coming against you, he has won. You are a child of God and the enemy is defeated. Remind him of that and praise the Lord at all times and He will bring you out of the adversary's trail. Praise the Lord, Hallelujah, God is good all the time.
